Insurance Platforms Analyst/Consultant

The role is part of Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe within the Strategy & Consulting practice, servicing global clients from multiple offices in Poland (Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, Gdańsk) and across Europe. Accenture pulls together multinational and cross-cultural professionals to deliver large-scale international projects, especially in the insurance domain.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant Financial Services or consulting experience, preferably in the Insurance domain.
• Relevant experience in Non-Life Insurance or Life & Pension Insurance including insurance platforms and ecosystems such as Guidewire, DuckCreek, TIA, Prophet, Salesforce.
• Experience in IT systems implementation, systems integration/data migration, digital solutions, AI, and Automation.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Tester in front-end application delivery.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Proactive leader, skilled in relationship building with clients and colleagues.
• Team player committed to continuous progress and collaboration.
• Digitally savvy, forward-thinking, growth-driven with good time management skills.

Bonus points:

• Knowledge and certification in Insurance Platforms like Guidewire, Salesforce, EIS.
• Knowledge of German, French, Italian, Spanish or other European languages.

• Drive insurance platform projects to redefine the sector and positively impact client experiences.
• Define, develop, and test architectures, capabilities, and processes to deliver state-of-the-art solutions.
• Advise insurance carriers on cost reduction, operating model design, and business process optimization with a forward-thinking and growth-driven mindset.
• Support clients in digital transformation of key capabilities, collaborating with global Accenture teams.
• Use analytical skills to clarify complex issues, gather data-driven insights, and collaborate with industry experts.

The role requires willingness and ability to travel and work at clients' offices mostly across Europe and other locations for short or long term. Flexibility includes mostly remote work combined with some in-person collaboration time.
