The AI Centre of Excellence in Poland is part of a global team of 9,000+ AI experts and data scientists partnering with tech providers like AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, SAS.
Wymagania
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Physics, Mathematics, or Quantitative Methods.
- At least 2 years experience applying data-driven approaches to business scenarios, including advanced analytics and machine learning.
- At least 1 year experience delivering analytical projects with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS.
- Proficient in at least one of the programming or query languages: Python, PySpark, SQL.
- Solid understanding of machine learning and data science techniques including clustering, regression, classification, forecasting, neural networks, hyperparameter optimization, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Strong appetite for continuous learning and skill development in emerging AI technologies.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with frameworks and tools: XGBoost, lgbm, Prophet, Hyperopt, Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow, sklearn, LangChain, CrewAI, Open AI API, Hugging Face Transformers, Google ADK.
- Experience with generative AI or agentic AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow.
- Cloud and AI certifications such as Azure Data Science Associate, Azure AI Engineer, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, Google Cloud Data Analytics Professional, Databricks ML Professional.

- Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud, generative, and agentic AI technologies.
- Work in agile, cross-functional teams combining technical, business, and data science expertise.
- Travel to client locations across Europe for short or long-term engagements as needed.
