Data Engineer - Junior/Mid/Senior

Intelligent Consulting Hub is part of the Europe Strategy & Consulting practice, composed of multinational and cross-cultural professionals across key European locations including Warsaw and Kraków. The team partners with leading tech providers such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, and SAS to build scalable AI solutions with global impact.

• At least 2 years hands-on experience with relational or analytical databases and SQL for development, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Minimum 1 year experience designing or implementing ETL processes and data integration using enterprise ETL tools such as SAS Data Integration Studio, IBM DataStage, or Informatica.
• Exposure to data modeling and architecture including conceptual, logical, and physical data models using dimensional, relational, or Data Vault techniques.
• Expert-level SQL skills including procedures, triggers, functions, and packages in major RDBMS/EDW technologies like Oracle, MS SQL Server, Teradata, or DB2.
• Solid understanding of dimensional and normalized/relational modeling and Data Vault methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT toolsets.
• Experience or strong interest in cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) including cloud storage, managed databases, and serverless/data pipeline services.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Hive, Spark, NiFi, HBase, HDFS, Kafka, Kudu is a bonus.
• Practical scripting or programming skills in SQL plus one of Python, R, or SAS.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable data solutions.
• Professional working proficiency in English with effective communication skills.

• Contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives by applying creativity, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines using cloud, generative, and agentic AI technologies.
• Work in agile, cross-functional teams combining technical, business, and data science expertise.
• Travel to client locations across Europe as required for engagements.
