AI/ML Engineer - Junior/Mid/Senior

• At least 2 years of experience applying data-driven approaches to business scenarios, including design and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms.
• At least 1 year of experience working with generative AI or agentic AI technologies to build scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with Python-based AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, and Google ADK.
• Experience delivering analytical projects using cloud platforms such as GCP (Vertex AI, Vector Stores, AI Agents), Azure (Machine Learning, OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Search), or AWS (SageMaker, Athena, Forecast, Rekognition, Bedrock).
• Solid understanding of machine learning and data science techniques including clustering, regression, classification, forecasting, neural networks, hyperparameter optimization, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, data-driven solutions.
• Strong appetite for continuous learning and skill development in emerging AI technologies.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud, generative, and agentic AI technologies.
• Work in agile, cross-functional teams combining technical, business, and data science expertise.
• Travel to client locations across Europe for short or long-term engagements as needed.
