CFO– Risk Analyst/Consultant (She/He/They) - ICH Europe

Accenture is a leading global professional services company offering solutions across Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Operations, Industry X, and Accenture Song. The role is part of the CFO&EV team within the Strategy & Consulting / Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe practice, delivering projects for clients in the Risk Management sectors globally. The ICH Consulting Hub in Poland is located in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk, connecting multinational professionals to provide industry and function expertise.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management covering Credit, Market, Liquidity, ERM or Financial Crime.
• Knowledge in quantification skills in one or more risk domains.
• Understanding of market environment and risk regulatory frameworks including Basel III and IV, ICAAP, MIFID, FRTB, GDPR, IFRS 9.
• Experience with risk platforms and technologies/products such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Murex, Algorithmics, Moody's, eFront, OFSAA.
• Familiarity with operational procedures and data management in risk areas.
• Proficient in English and either German, Spanish, or French (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of programming languages: R, SAS, VBA, SQL, PYTHON.
• Industry certifications such as FRM, PRM, CQF, CFA.

• Act as a risk management analyst professional working with global teams.
• Help clients develop industry-leading risk management solutions.
• Shape Accenture's thought capital on emerging risk topics.
• Use analytical and quantitative skills to clarify complex issues and gather model-driven insights.
• Assist clients in leveraging technological risk innovations such as Big Data, Cloud Solutions, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
• Collaborate with international teams using English as the common language.
• Work at client locations across Europe and other places as required.

Candidates must be willing and able to work at client locations mostly across Europe and other locations for short or long term. The work is mostly remote but includes travel and in-person collaboration. The position requires language proficiency and compliance with GDPR data processing consent.
