Industry X - IT/OT Consultant ( GN )

The Industry X Team focuses on innovation and transformative projects across manufacturing, energy, and process industries, delivering management consultancy to global clients including Fortune Global 500 companies. The Poland part of Global Network is located in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, and Gdańsk, servicing clients globally with a multidisciplinary approach.

• 3+ years experience in Manufacturing Industry understanding functional and technical landscape including shop floor systems and technologies.
• Knowledge of IT-OT architecture such as ISA-95/IEC 62264, Purdue Model, automation, robotics, plant network, security protocols, and industry standards.
• Experience in end-to-end deployment of industrial OT/IT solutions including requirement gathering, blueprint design, testing, and documentation.
• Experience with digital transformation through integration of IoT and Cloud Platforms like MS Azure and AWS is an advantage.
• Active interest and current knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and digital manufacturing solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in automation engineering, production engineering, or related field.
• English communication skills (written & spoken); knowledge of German, Spanish, or French is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Consulting, Product/Software Platforms, Platform Architecture/Design.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills working with cross-cultural leaders and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem solving, root cause analysis, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a global environment using Onshore-Offshore model.
• Sensitivity and skill working with different cultures and styles.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German, Spanish, or French languages.
• Experience with emergency trends and best practices in manufacturing digital solutions and Industry 4.0 technologies.

• Design and implement digital solutions tailored to diverse industries.
