• Proven experience as a UX Designer or Engineer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process and deliverables.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in the petrochemical industry (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field (preferred).

• Design and develop user-friendly interfaces and experiences for complex applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Present design concepts and deliverables to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and technologies.
