• Strong knowledge or experience in SAP Ariba.
• Practical understanding of agile methodologies, including the Scrum framework and roles.
• Experience in leading small teams and conducting trainings.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP GRC or as a Master Data Specialist

• Collect and analyze requirements, create use cases, model business processes, and facilitate workshops.
• Resolve technical issues on SAP Ariba level, including failed approvals and system disconnections.
• Coordinate problem resolution with other departments, using ServiceNow and JIRA tickets.
• Lead and train small teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and team development.
