• 3-6 years of experience (L2 level)
• Strong skills in .NET including algorithmic problem solving
• Experience creating APIs, messaging systems, and microservices
• Familiarity with Scrum and SAFe Agile methodologies
• English language proficiency at C1 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure

• Preparation of application and system design for new solutions in .NET technology
• Technical analysis of existing systems and designing their expansion with new modules and components
• Leading and supporting teams of developers as a technical leader and mentor
• Working in international teams using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
