The team delivers consulting assignments across industries and geographies, working with large global organizations on Data & AI strategies, business transformation, and technology advisory.
Wymagania
- Higher degree preferred in IT, Data Science, Big Data, Computer Science, Quantitative Methods, or related field with excellent academic performance.
- Minimum 1 year of experience for Analyst role and 3 years for Consultant role in strategy consulting, data/AI advisory, technology strategy, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of data and AI enabling business transformation and value creation.
- Solid knowledge of tools, frameworks, and technologies within at least one of: cloud data platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS), ML & AI platforms (Azure ML, SageMaker, Vertex AI), GenAI/Agentic AI tools (LangChain, Lovable, AutoGen, Zapier), data catalogs & metadata management (Collibra, Informatica), BI ecosystems (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex data & AI topics into clear executive-level narratives.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages like German, French, or Arabic are assets.
- Collaborative and comfortable working in fast-evolving environments.
- Growth mindset, curiosity, and motivation to solve client challenges.
Obowiązki
Data & AI Value Realization:
- Define advanced analytics and AI strategies, including GenAI and Agentic AI.
- Support clients in identifying, prioritizing, and scaling AI/GenAI use cases.
- Define enterprise analytics and reporting strategies with KPI frameworks.
Responsible AI & AI Governance:
- Design and operationalize Responsible AI frameworks covering ethics, transparency, and compliance.
- Define AI governance models including decision rights, controls, and model lifecycle oversight.
Data Foundation & Operating Model:
- Define enterprise data strategies covering architecture, Data Mesh, data products, master data, metadata, data quality, security, and privacy.
- Design and implement Data & AI Operating Models including governance, roles, processes, and ways of working.
Transformation, Culture & Value:
- Build business cases, investment roadmaps, and transformation plans for data and AI initiatives.
- Drive data-driven culture adoption supporting leadership engagement and behavioral change.
