Data and Reporting Senior Developer

Verita HR is an international company providing recruitment support within fintech, finance, and banking markets in EMEA. The role is within the Data Office of a leading international bank, focusing on building and maintaining high-quality data solutions used across the bank.

• Proven experience in data-related roles including SQL development, data analysis, data engineering, data architecture, data management, or modelling
• Exceptional understanding of SQL programming and relational database systems
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform products, especially BigQuery and Looker Studio
• Experience in preparation of business reporting and front-end dashboards
• Knowledge of Python

Nice to have:

• Understanding of ETL and data warehousing principles

• Deliver end-to-end assigned projects including developing performance KPIs and data models aligned with standards and business requirements
• Perform data discovery, cleaning, transformation, metrics calculation, aggregation, and validation
• Perform matching and linking across datasets
• Ensure secure movement of data from sources to targets
• Provide complex reporting solutions within Google Cloud environment and/or Microsoft SQL Server
• Utilize Python, TSQL, and other technologies
• Work with stakeholders and business partners to understand requirements and process logic; play an active role in understanding core problem statements
