Fullstack Developer – AI / GenAI Scope

As part of the Reply group, Data Reply offers a wide range of services supporting customers to become data driven. They operate in various industries and work intensively with customers to achieve meaningful results through the effective use of data. Data Reply focuses on development of data platforms, machine learning solutions, and streaming applications that are automated, efficient, scalable, and secure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience with Python.
• Proficient with testing framework (pytest) and capable of ensuring code quality using quality tools integration (ruff, pyrefly).
• Practical experience with AI or machine learning projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
• Availability to work in hybrid mode with at least 1 office visit per month.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of infrastructure to communicate with DevOps.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend application components supporting Data and AI use cases.
• Maintain and evolve logical application code and APIs used by data and AI services.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and scalability in production environments.
• Participate in backlog refinement and implement development tasks aligned with product priorities.
• Contribute to testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.
• Maintain technical documentation for developed components and interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to align development activities with business needs.
