System Engineer (Cloud / Microsoft Stack)

International sensor company located in Bielsko-Biała with a hybrid work model requiring office visits 1-2 days every one to two weeks.

• 3+ years of professional experience in system engineering or a similar role
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client environments
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and GPO
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation; knowledge of Python is considered an advantage
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), including VM management
• Experience with cloud-based virtual desktop solutions (big plus)
• Good understanding of IT security practices (endpoint protection, compliance, monitoring)
• Basic network troubleshooting skills (advantage)
• Experience with release processes and DLP policies (optional)
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent professional training
• Fluent English; German or other languages are a plus

• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for complex IT issues, analyzing problems to find root causes
• Ensure stability and performance of IT systems while proactively improving them through automation and best practices
• Maintain documentation and task tracking in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Coordinate and support application and infrastructure releases with well-documented deployments
• Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures, including endpoint protection (Microsoft Defender) and compliance monitoring
