Wymagania
- Higher education, minimum bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working for industrial clients in a project environment as PMO / PM Specialist.
- Experience in major business transformation projects or SAP S/4 implementation projects is a plus.
- Strong self-organization and self-management skills.
- Ability to track all activities in detail.
- Ability to understand project context, gather requirements, and define goals.
- Strong skills in planning, reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience managing test coordination, reporting chains, updating plans, and working with senior stakeholders.
- Competence in process improvement and identifying automation opportunities.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and ability to combine low-code tools to automate end-to-end processes.
- Understanding of how to use AI as an accelerator for building automations.
- Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and/or agile and/or scrum).
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence is welcome.

- Work as a Management Consulting Analyst / Project Manager on business transformation projects for industrial clients.
- Support projects with expert process knowledge.
- Manage project organization and project team.
- Gather requirements and define project goals.
- Manage budget, schedule, and risks.
- Support business and IT teams in translating business requirements into IT and system solutions.
- Organize and manage project communications, workshops, and presentations for various organizational levels.
- Analyze data and prepare reports.
- Drive change towards automation, AI integration, and new business models in the industrial sector.
