Derivatives Support Analyst (Hybrid from Warsaw or Gdańsk)

• Solid understanding of OTC derivatives, including trade lifecycle, reconciliation, and risk factors.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in collateral management or repo collateral operations, ideally with asset servicing exposure.
• Strong Excel skills for managing large data sets and performing in-depth analysis.
• Degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Fluent English skills (C1 level) for clear and professional communication in a global environment.

• Manage Collateral Processes: Oversee end-to-end collateral management ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Report on OTC Positions: Prepare and deliver reports on OTC derivative positions with client-specific pricing data.
• Reconcile & Confirm Trades: Conduct reconciliation, matching, and confirmation of OTC derivative trades with counterparties.
• Monitor Risk & Limits: Track and report on counterparty exposure and limits, escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate with Key Stakeholders: Collaborate with Front Office, Technology, Risk, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflows.

This role is based in Warsaw with a 50/50 hybrid work model (remote and office).
