IT Security Expert - Microsoft

Jit Team is a Polish IT company employing over 700 experienced experts, creating specialized teams for global clients. They have a long-standing partnership with a leading Nordic financial group, engaging over 200 personnel in more than 60 projects. The client emphasizes Scandinavian culture, work-life balance, and international teams with English language exposure.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) deployments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Windows, Office, Teams, and application integrations
• Experience with large-scale Windows and Active Directory migrations, consolidations, and transformations
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex client issues and application integration problems
• Security expert-level understanding of both Entra ID and Microsoft 365
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written

• Participate in planning, investigation, and troubleshooting activities throughout all stages of the Entra ID deployment
• Ensure security services operate correctly and integrate smoothly with client environments
• Support pre-migration, pilot, and migration phases, identifying and resolving issues related to user authentication and application access
• Work closely with client teams to analyze and troubleshoot integration and sign-in issues after migration
• Collaborate with teams involved in Windows, AD, and M365 transformations to ensure seamless transitions
• Provide expert guidance on security best practices across Entra ID and Microsoft 365 environments

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 - 3 days per week from the office)
