ETL Developer

Jit Team is a Polish IT company employing over 700 experienced experts, creating specialized teams for global clients. They have a long-term partnership with a leading financial group in the Nordic countries, delivering over 60 projects with more than 200 personnel involved. The client operates in the financial sector with a global presence and emphasizes Scandinavian organizational culture, work-life balance, and international teams with English language exposure.

• Excellent SQL / PL-SQL skills
• Strong experience with Oracle DB
• Hands-on experience in ETL development and data migrations
• Understanding of data warehousing and data mesh concepts
• Knowledge of data modelling principles
• Experience with Git version control
• Strong communication skills and fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience working directly with IBM DataStage, Informatica, or similar ETL/Data Integration tools

• Developing and optimizing ETL flows for data migration
• Monitoring and improving performance and efficiency of data processes
• Analyzing mapping documents and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensuring high-quality SQL / PL-SQL development in Oracle DB
• Working within a Scrum / SAFe team
• Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation

• Hiring locations: Łódź, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw with at least 2 days per week office presence (60% office presence required)
