• 5+ years as a Data Engineer, preferably in regulated financial services.
• Expertise in building data pipelines with Apache Spark and Hadoop ecosystem.
• Strong cloud experience (especially AWS) with hands-on data lake/warehouse knowledge.
• Proficient in Scala and Python; able to review and mentor on code quality.
• Experience with DBT, advanced SQL, CI/CD, bash scripting, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good communication in English, solution-oriented with attention to detail.

• Języki: Polski, Angielski

• Drive day-to-day operation of clients data platform and influence product evolution.
• Design, build and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines (ingestion → storage) ensuring real-time data availability for analysts.
• Model data with sound data lake/warehouse concepts and optimise performance (partitioning, file formats, tuning).
• Implement security best practices: least-privilege IAM, encryption, PII handling, auditability and contribute to data governance.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements, review code and mentor peers.
