Mid Java Developer

This project will focus on developing scalable backend solutions for high-demand business operations, integrating cloud services, and ensuring system reliability. You will work in an agile environment with a strong emphasis on code quality, clean architecture, and performance optimization.

Our Client is a leading HR company with over 60 years of experience and a presence in multiple countries. In Poland, they have been operating for over 20 years and are at the forefront of digitization in the HR services industry. The team has been building the Time tracking system since 2019, a complex tool for registering and settling working time of employees under different legal and organizational conditions, supporting onboarding processes, and integrating with employee portals and mobile apps.

• 3+ years of experience in Java backend development
• Good knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming principles
• Experience working with PostgreSQL
• Practical knowledge of Hibernate (including Criteria API)
• Experience with Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot)
• Basic experience with Spring Batch or other batch-processing solutions
• Experience with REST API development
• Familiarity with Docker
• Basic knowledge of AWS services (ECS, S3, RDS)
• Understanding of clean code principles and design patterns

• Developing new application modules based on business requirements
• Designing and implementing efficient backend solutions
• Writing clean, structured, and scalable code following best practices
• Participating in code reviews and technical discussions
• Supporting optimization and performance improvements
• Collaborating closely with QA, DevOps, and other developers
