AppOps (application administrator)

• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL or T-SQL
• Scripting experience with Perl, PowerShell, Shell, Bash, or Python
• Experience in application administration and support
• Experience with application migrations, ideally between data centers
• Understanding of high-availability and high-performance systems
• Familiarity with infrastructure environments, network concepts, load balancing, TLS/security configurations
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting production environments
• Experience working in application operations or migration projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
• Ability to collaborate with international teams and SMEs across multiple countries
• Understanding of availability, performance, monitoring, and resilience in online transaction systems
• Strong sense of responsibility for system stability and product quality
• Ability to share knowledge, collaborate effectively, and build strong relationships within global teams

Nice to have:

• Experience in payment systems or financial services environments
• Experience supporting large-scale transactional platforms

• Act as Application Operations (AppOps) specialist within a data center migration project
• Administer, configure, and maintain application environments supporting payment card issuing and acquiring systems
• Monitor application environments to ensure availability, stability, and performance
• Provide incident and problem resolution to maintain continuity of application server operations
• Verify and implement changes delivered to production systems
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams during environment build, testing, and migration phases
• Prepare and manage infrastructure build, configuration, and access requests
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in complex application environments
• Monitor environments for performance, reliability, and resilience
• Maintain high-quality operational documentation in Confluence
• Work with external vendors and internal international teams
