Application Administrator (AppOps)

• Experience in application administration or AppOps roles
• Knowledge of SQL (PL/SQL or T-SQL)
• Scripting skills in Perl, PowerShell, Shell, Bash or Python
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting application environments
• Understanding of high availability and resilient systems, especially in transaction processing environments
• Knowledge of infrastructure concepts such as networking, load balancing and TLS
• Experience in application or infrastructure migration projects is an advantage
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly understand complex application environments
• Good communication skills and ability to work with international teams
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to system stability and quality
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to share knowledge and collaborate

• Administration, configuration and maintenance of payment card issuing and acquiring applications
• Monitoring and ensuring proper operation of application environments
• Supporting application servers and environments to maintain system continuity
• Diagnosing incidents and resolving technical problems related to application environments
• Supporting implementation of changes to production systems
• Participating in data center migration activities including environment build, testing and migration
• Collaborating with application, middleware and infrastructure teams as well as project managers
• Working with external vendors and internal international technical teams
• Monitoring performance and reliability of application environments
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation (e.g. Confluence)
