Software Engineer (Data and Reporting)

• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Solid proficiency with Python or Go for backend development, including building or consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript for building responsive, maintainable frontend applications.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Familiarity with software development best practices including version control, code review, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across engineering, product, and design.
• Willingness to work in Kraków or Gdańsk office 2–3 times per week.

Nice to have:

• Experience building reporting interfaces, dashboards, or data-heavy applications.
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries such as Recharts, D3, or Chart.js.
• Exposure to ClickHouse or other analytical data stores.
• Background or interest in the restaurant or hospitality technology sector.

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the merchant-facing reporting platform, including React components and Python and Go backend services.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs connecting frontend reporting experiences to underlying data systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define requirements and deliver polished user-facing experiences.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Debug and resolve issues across the stack, ensuring quality and reliability of features.
