Golang developer with Kubernetes

• Minimum 3+ years of software development experience, ideally in Golang.
• Significant experience building RESTful services in distributed environments.
• Strong system programming skills including low-level interactions, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Thorough knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes, including packaging applications and customizing deployments.
• Experience developing Kubernetes native operators (kubebuilder) and managing Kubernetes resources (CRDs, CRs).
• Understanding and experience with asynchronous programming.
• Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Kafka, Neo4j.
• Experience with hyperscalers like GCP.
• Ability to set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, Tekton, Argo Workflows, and Argo CD.
• Experience with gitOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Deep understanding of networking concepts including protocols, load balancing, and security.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in cross-functional teams.

• Develop hybrid cloud platform services for a customer in the telecommunication sector.
• Create scalable, secure, well-tested, and documented backend functionality.
• Collaborate in a software engineering team following Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Design for scalability and optimize performance considering load balancing, caching, and resource allocation.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests incorporated in automated test frameworks.
• Participate in clear knowledge sharing and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical problems with root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
