Wymagania
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of z/OS and related product software
- Knowledge of software installation (SMP/E)
- Programming knowledge of REXX and JCL
- Knowledge of Sysplex, Parmlib, Proclib, and JES2
- Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to have:
- Understanding of VTAM, TCP/IP, Enterprise Extender z/OS
- IOCD/HCD configuration
- Knowledge of subsystems: DB2, IMS, CICS
- Dump analysis
- Performance tuning – RMF, SMF, Omegamon
- z/VM, zLinux
- Virtualization technologies – zCX
- Mainframe modernization – ZOWE, Ansible
- Experience in migration projects – z/OS upgrade to z/OS 3.1, Sysplex migration
- WebSphere MQ for z/OS
- z/OSMF – configuration and maintenance
- Security management – RACF and Top Secret
Obowiązki
- Deliver technical support of mainframe systems and software
- Software lifecycle management: installation, upgrade, maintenance, and replacement of software
- Explore new product features beneficial to customers and Atos
- Provide third line support for software errors
- Assist customers in using software products
- Handle incidents, changes, and problems
- Configure and customize software
- Set up parameters and customer-dependent parts (e.g., user administration, product calendar, authorization matrix)
- Document processes and configurations
- Communicate with customers and vendors
- Participate and contribute to technical projects
