Wymagania
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
- Hands-on experience in Project Management for SAP Implementation projects with proven success in enterprise-scale environments.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Practical experience with formal SAP implementation methodologies and their application to the project life-cycle.
- Proficiency in resource planning, requirements analysis, and allocation.
- Results-driven mindset with strong focus on high-quality standards.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
Obowiązki
- Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of SAP implementations, ensuring functionality is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- Handle resource estimation, allocation, and project scheduling for multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.
- Provide high-level guidance on SAP architecture, design, and development, performing quality reviews to ensure technical excellence.
- Supervise and motivate diverse project teams; act as primary contact for issue resolution and conflict management.
- Apply formal SAP methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, ASAP) rigorously throughout the project life-cycle, ensuring quality procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with senior management and international colleagues to achieve integrated, end-to-end customer solutions.
