SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER WITH GERMAN

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Hands-on experience in Project Management for SAP Implementation projects with proven success in enterprise-scale environments.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Practical experience with formal SAP implementation methodologies and their application to the project life-cycle.
• Proficiency in resource planning, requirements analysis, and allocation.
• Results-driven mindset with strong focus on high-quality standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.

• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of SAP implementations, ensuring functionality is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
• Handle resource estimation, allocation, and project scheduling for multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.
• Provide high-level guidance on SAP architecture, design, and development, performing quality reviews to ensure technical excellence.
• Supervise and motivate diverse project teams; act as primary contact for issue resolution and conflict management.
• Apply formal SAP methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, ASAP) rigorously throughout the project life-cycle, ensuring quality procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with senior management and international colleagues to achieve integrated, end-to-end customer solutions.
