• Strong overall understanding of the Azure analytics stack, including Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure SQL Database
• Experience with Python or Spark
• Experience with Angular, Azure Data Factory, or Microsoft Power BI is considered an advantage
• Proven experience in analytics and BI development, data analysis, data engineering, or platform administration
• Experience defining and implementing scalable data architectures aligned with enterprise standards
• Experience working with data governance, master data management, metadata management, data quality, and data security
• Ability to work in an Agile/SAFe environment
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills
• Ability to navigate complex organizational environments and collaborate with distributed, international teams and stakeholders
• Strong documentation, design, and solution-alignment skills within complex stakeholder landscapes
• Ability to communicate effectively with different types of stakeholders and support team development through coaching and knowledge sharing

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust data architecture solutions aligned with business needs
• Lead the implementation of data management strategies, including data modeling, integration, and governance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Evaluate and recommend new data technologies and tools to optimize data processes
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of enterprise data strategies
