Junior GenAI Engineer (AI&Data)

The AI&Data team in Poland consists of over 250 specialists working with partners like Microsoft, AWS, Google, Oracle, and Snowflake to implement data and analytics solutions from strategy to development.

• Engineer's or Master's degree in an IT-related field or readiness to work full time in such a role.
• Solid working knowledge of Python and basic SQL.
• Practical experience with core LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and understanding of embeddings in real use cases.
• Awareness of tooling frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, ADK, and the MCP standard, with willingness to deepen skills.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience building small projects or prototypes using LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, ADK) and vector databases.
• Hands-on work with RAG or conversational analytics (e.g., chat with documents, Text-to-SQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) from data or application-engineering perspective; cloud-related certificates are a plus.

• Work on Vibe Coding and model routing, prototyping applications using APIs of commercial models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and open-source variants (Hugging Face).
• Design and implement vector-based retrieval and context, generate embeddings for documents, work with vector databases, and deploy RAG solutions using the MCP standard.
• Build conversational analytics systems that translate natural language into SQL (Text-to-SQL) for structured datasets.
• Conduct AI evaluation by testing and auditing AI-generated code in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) focusing on quality, robustness, and reliability.
• Work hands-on with Python, SQL, Vibe Coding tools, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), Hugging Face, vector databases, MCP, and public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Collaborate with business representatives and development team members, sharing knowledge and improving skills.
