Wymagania

  • Proven hunter mindset with the ability to both generate new leads and successfully close deals (demonstrated in previous experience)
  • Solid understanding of OSS/BSS systems and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical executives (e.g., CTO level) and engineering teams
  • Willingness and capability to learn and independently deliver OSS/BSS product demonstrations
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including the ability to propose improvements to contract documentation and optimize sales processes
  • Ability to create modern, compelling sales presentations tailored to technical and business stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to support and enhance the sales process (e.g., research, presentations, lead generation, and customer engagement)
  • Excellent English communication skills, with strong listening abilities, goal orientation, and a collaborative mindset
  • Preferred background in a company offering OSS/BSS solutions, an IT company, or a system integrator

Obowiązki

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for OSS/BSS solutions across the Polish, Swedish, and UK markets
  • Identify and acquire new clients through proactive lead generation and business development activities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and needs analysis to negotiation and closing deals
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers and partners
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution positioning and implementation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the sales process, including contract documentation and commercial strategy
  • Represent the company during business meetings, industry events, and client visits
