Senior Atlassian Consultant

• 6+ years’ experience with JIRA/Confluence Administration or Consulting (certification preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in Atlassian Cloud environment.
• Experience with large-scale Atlassian implementations and/or Atlassian Data Center deployments.
• Experience with global administration of the Atlassian suite: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
• Thorough understanding of the Atlassian product suite and best practices around their deployment.
• Experience with using, installing, and configuring Atlassian Marketplace plugins (ScriptRunner, Insight, Power Box SLA, Refine).
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo.
• Proficiency in Polish and English languages.

• Be a lead of Atlassian platform projects and engage with clients to fully understand complex requirements to implement advanced project setups.
• Work closely with clients to gain trust and propose creative solutions.
• Support administration of the Atlassian tool suite for an enterprise-level platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with the production system.
• Identify areas for process automation and design and implement solutions to improve efficiency and operations.
• Cooperate with external support lines.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base.
• Independently manage new projects following standardized procedures: from consulting and challenging requirements to designing and developing solutions in the Atlassian tool stack.
• Conduct technical analysis of complex requirements from business teams or internal Atlassian team needs.
• Develop solutions that meet business requirements while maintaining the integrity of the technical layer and platform logic.
• Participate in transformation and Cloud migration by reviewing existing solutions and preparing feasibility and readiness for the transition.
• Support future internal solutions based on Atlassian Enterprise Cloud.
