From Poland With Dev is developing a mobile application for an innovative sports VR startup based in Austin, Texas, in collaboration with WIN Reality. The product focuses on baseball and softball training in virtual reality, used by professional and amateur athletes in the USA, developed with world-class coaches and athletes.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Extensive experience in mobile testing on iOS and Android platforms.
• Knowledge of test automation using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
• Practical experience in API testing using tools such as Postman and REST Assured.
• Experience with mobile testing frameworks and tools (Android Studio, Xcode).
• Experience in creating and deploying AI agents using platforms like Claude, OpenAI, or similar LLM-based systems.
• Ability to design multi-agent workflows where AI agents collaborate to perform complex tasks.

• Design, implementation, and development of AI agents supporting QA processes, including coordinating their collaboration, monitoring performance, and developing autonomous testing processes.
• Design and execution of testing strategies for mobile applications (iOS, Android) and their backend integration using AI agents to automate and increase test coverage.
• Creation and maintenance of automated mobile, integration, and API tests, including end-to-end and accessibility (WCAG) tests.
• Integration of tests and AI agents with CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality control.
• Monitoring AI agents' effectiveness and developing mechanisms for their learning and improvement of testing processes.
• Configuration and maintenance of test infrastructure for mobile applications (Android Studio, Xcode) and test automation tools (Maestro).
• Collaboration with product and technical teams to define quality requirements and testing strategies.
• Mentoring QA team members and advancing AI-supported testing approaches within the organization.
