• Fluent English (C1)
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable education
• Experience in common programming languages such as Python, Java, C++ and familiarity with database technologies like SQL
• Experience with Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis) or dashboard and analysis
• Structured and independent customer-oriented approach to work
• Ability to convey complex contexts in a user-friendly manner

Optional:

• Good written and spoken German skills

• Conducting technical implementation in Celonis, including data transformation and dashboard application development
• Translating business needs into technical specifications and developing customer-specific process mining solutions for insurance processes
• Acting as a strong link between IT experts and business owners to ensure comprehensive understanding of business processes, goals, and underlying data
• Solving machine learning and data challenges using Python and SQL to enable correct visualization and analysis of internal processes in Celonis
• Leading the project in the technical phase, covering project management tasks and presenting status updates to management
