UC Cloud Engineer

Jit Team is a Polish company employing over 700 experienced experts, creating highly specialised teams for clients worldwide. They have a long-term partnership with a leading financial group in the Nordic countries, with over 200 personnel engaged in more than 60 projects for this Norwegian financial services provider. The client emphasizes Scandinavian culture, work-life balance, and international teams with English language exposure.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially MS Teams), Azure, and compliance recording solutions (e.g., Verint, Intelligent Voice).
• Proficiency in automation tools and scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
• Experience with Unified Communication technologies (SIP trunks, SBCs, private wires).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Troubleshooting skills and readiness to work in task force mode when required.
• Self-driven and self-motivated approach.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, working in both agile and traditional environments.
• Fluency in English (C1 level at least).

Nice to have:

• Experience working in SAFe.

• Design, configure, and maintain a range of end-user technologies within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, focusing on Microsoft Teams and compliance recording solutions.
• Work as a Cloud Engineer within the Unified Communications team in the End-User Engineer Service Domain, part of Core Technology.

Work location is Gdańsk or Warszawa with a hybrid model requiring at least 3 days per week in the office, subject to change towards more office presence.
