Backend Developer @ Accenture Song

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Software Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Solid knowledge of SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Mongo) databases.
• Ability to build horizontally scalable and resilient systems.
• Familiarity with communication patterns (sync/async), reliability mechanisms (idempotency, retries), and caching.
• Knowledge of code execution and SQL query optimization.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and distributed system design.
• Understanding of microservice architecture principles.
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2).
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode from Warsaw office (2-3 times per week).

• Build modern, scalable solutions in a distributed environment using cutting-edge technologies.
• Design and implement services and data workflows focusing on innovation and efficiency.
• Ensure solution quality in architecture and code, including testing and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in internal initiatives and projects, supporting professional growth.
