• Fluency in English
• Master's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or comparable discipline
• Experience in internal/external audit or comparable skills in compliance or risk management
• 5+ years of experience in IT-Security and knowledge in IT Standards/Best Practices (e.g. COSO, COBIT, ITIL, ISO27001) and regulatory requirements
• Solid knowledge of audit methodology: standards, sampling, interview techniques, report writing
• Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization and mobility
• Capacity to work with little supervision, meet deadlines, solve problems, and recommend and assist in implementing risk-based internal controls

Optional:

• Relevant certification (e.g. CIA or CISA) is an advantage

• Executing IT audits in accordance with the approved audit plan, ensuring the highest standards of quality and effectiveness
• Preparing and presenting clear, concise audit reports that identify root causes, recommending practical solutions, and providing value to management
• Monitoring and following up on the status of audit findings to ensure timely resolution and closure
• Communicating effectively with Group Audit and within One Audit Community
• Performing audit work in accordance with established professional standards and remaining abreast of emerging trends and best practices, taking into account audit frameworks and guidance
• Promoting a strong working relationship with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
