Wymagania
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations or service management in critical environments (distributed systems, containerization)
- Knowledge of containerization and container management tools
- Experience with ITSM: incident, request, change, and event management
- Ability to analyze data, KPIs, SLAs, and performance indicators
- Experience in automation, orchestration, monitoring, and scheduling
- Problem solving with root cause analysis
- Advanced knowledge of English and Polish languages
Obowiązki
- Monitor and manage daily operations of hybrid platforms (private cloud, public cloud, future KRITIS infrastructure)
- Provide fast and professional handling of incidents and service requests, especially in critical situations
- Act as a liaison between Tier 1 support and Tier 3 operations
- Identify and manage major incidents, lead Incident Response Teams (IRT)
- Coordinate root cause analysis and implement permanent problem solutions
- Implement continuous improvement of service operations including automation, orchestration, and process optimization
- Document operational knowledge and update procedures
