Transformation Business Analyst

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex transformation initiatives
• Solid experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and solution design
• Hands-on exposure to change and implementation management
• Experience working with Waterfall and Agile / Scrum delivery models
• Comfortable using tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Visio
• Good understanding of banking and/or financial services environments
• Experience working on complex, multi-country or multi-region initiatives
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• 7 years of experience in a similar position
• Skills: Scrum, Jira, Business Analysis, Communication skills, Analytical thinking, Agile, Confluence, Change Management, Implementation Management, Design Techniques Skills
• Language: English
