Security Architect / Senior IAM

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IAM and Security Architecture roles.
• Documented hands-on experience designing solutions based on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Strong knowledge of identity provisioning and automation of identity management.
• Experience configuring and securing Microsoft Cloud environments in large organizations.
• Familiarity with identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise projects.
• Ability to quickly analyze and formulate concrete architectural recommendations.
• High independence and consulting skills with clients.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the energy sector or multi-client/MSP projects.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-300, SC-100, AZ-500).
• Experience with PAM, IGA, or SIEM tools.

• Develop IAM architecture recommendations for a platform providing identity provisioning for multiple energy sector clients.
• Analyze existing processes, risks, and security requirements in large enterprise environments.
• Provide technical consulting in areas including Microsoft Entra ID with advanced integration scenarios, multi-tenant/multi-client IAM models, identity lifecycle, access governance, federation, SSO, security standards, and compliance.
• Support PwC DE teams with substantive expertise and participate in project workshops.
