Automation Tester/QA

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar role
• At least one year of experience with QuickTest Professional / OpenText UFT
• Ability to work with relational databases and write SQL queries fluently
• Test-oriented mindset with continuous process improvement focus
• Problem-solving skills and ability to propose improvements
• Comfortable working in a team and international environment
• Fluent communication in Polish and English
• Experience or willingness to work in Agile teams

• Participation in a project in corporate banking and structured finance
• Joining a new Feature Team collaborating with teams in France and India
• Maintenance and development of the Loan IQ system used by Structured Finance teams
• Working with QuickTest Professional / OpenText UFT for maintaining and creating test robots
• Creating new and developing existing test automation scenarios
• Analyzing, optimizing, and improving quality and performance of existing test robots
• Working with SQL and relational databases to prepare queries used by test robots
• Maintaining and improving documentation for team clarity
• Conducting non-functional and regression test campaigns (e.g., after Finastra hotfixes or Loan IQ upgrades)
• Cross-team collaboration and participation in the Business Analyst & Test Chapter for continuous improvement
• Working in Agile model
• Providing L2 production support following "You build it, you run it" principle
• Working in a hybrid model: 3 days per week in the Warsaw office
