• Approximately 7+ years of experience in IT (system architecture, integrations, solutions)
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions and good understanding of complex environments
• Experience in transformational projects (e.g., migrations, integrations, modernizations)
• Understanding of scalable and highly available system architectures and integrations (API, event-driven)
• Experience with cloud or container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
• Ability to analyze problems and make architectural decisions

• Design and develop IT solution architecture for the telco industry (OSS/BSS) from concept to implementation and optimization
• Analyze complex environments and select optimal technological solutions
• Lead system and infrastructure migrations (system transformations, modernizations, technological changes)
• Design and develop end-to-end process integration and automation
• Solve complex architectural problems in multi-domain environments (access/IP/OSS)
• Collaborate with technical teams and external partners in designing and implementing solutions
• Participate in defining architectural concepts and support technical workshops
