Diagnostyka S.A. is a company focused on laboratory, imaging, genetic, and histopathological diagnostics, promoting conscious prevention and longevity. The company is developing a system for managing all types of laboratories, aiming to transform the medical testing market. The team uses modern technologies such as microservices and continuously updates their tools.

• Several years of experience in data management, data governance, master data, or data quality.
• Practical knowledge of MDM processes, dictionary management, data classification, and quality standards.
• Understanding of regulatory issues (GDPR, quality standards, etc.).

• Build and maintain data management processes (Data Management, Data Quality, Master Data, Data Governance).
• Monitor data quality, identify errors, and initiate corrective actions.
• Conduct analyses related to data quality and consistency and prepare recommendations.
• Collaborate with business units and IT teams to ensure consistent data management in projects (ERP, LIS, CRM, data platform).
• Responsible for documentation and development of metadata and data catalogs.
• Support and share knowledge with data owners and data stewards in specific areas.
• Coordinate the work of an analyst supporting the Data Management area.
