Senior AI/ML Developer – Conversational AI (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Developer experienced in building and maintaining conversational AI solutions to join our project delivered for an international organization recognized for its large-scale digital transformation initiatives. You will work on enhancing existing chatbot platforms, improving NLU performance, designing scalable architectures, and leading technical activities within the team.

The role involves close cooperation with DevOps, Data, and Product teams and offers the opportunity to leverage Sii’s learning ecosystem, including certifications, mentoring, and access to strategic cloud partnerships.

• At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, NLP/NLU development, or conversational AI
• Strong hands-on experience in Python and modern NLU/NLP frameworks
• Practical understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and work with analytics dashboards
• Very good English skills (B2/C1), enabling effective communication in an international environment
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain conversational AI solutions with a focus on quality, scalability, and reliability
• Conduct root cause analysis, implement bug fixes, and deliver enhancements across existing AI/ML systems
• Optimize NLU models through tuning of utterances, intents, and entities, while monitoring bot performance in production
• Create and maintain technical architecture documentation, conversational flows, integrations, and diagrams
• Lead development activities, support UAT, mentor developers, and translate high-level designs into actionable tasks

Fluent Polish and residing in Poland required.
