Cybersecurity Delivery Specialist (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Delivery Specialist to join one of our projects delivered in cooperation with a global, innovation-driven organization recognized for its advanced technology and strong focus on security and compliance. You will support the Cyber & Digital Risk function by coordinating cybersecurity initiatives, improving governance processes, and enhancing operational resilience.

This role combines project delivery, risk management, and data analytics, making it a great fit for candidates eager to grow within modern cybersecurity frameworks. • At least 6 years of experience in cybersecurity project management or cybersecurity governance
• Strong understanding of industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or similar standards
• Proficiency in data analytics and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Excel
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional initiatives in a complex or matrixed environment
• Very good command of English (B2+)
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives, including risk assessments, compliance reviews, and resilience programs
• Define project scope, milestones, KPIs, and ensure alignment with enterprise cybersecurity frameworks
• Analyze cybersecurity performance data and develop dashboards that track risk metrics and operational trends
• Support governance processes, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders across technical and business teams
