IT/OT Project Manager

European client from the energy sector.

• Higher education in IT, management, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing IT or OT projects
• Knowledge of the Purdue model and ISO/IEC 62443 standards
• Experience in projects within high availability system environments
• Experience cooperating with regulators, compliance, or legal departments
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• English language proficiency enabling work in an international environment

• Independently planning, managing, and closing IT/OT projects
• Managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality of project execution
• Organizing project team work, managing resources and competencies
• Identifying and managing risks and resolving ongoing issues
• Ensuring project compliance with the IT/OT model, standards, and organizational guidelines
• Reporting progress and communicating with key stakeholders
• Collaborating with external suppliers and managing a multi-vendor environment
• Escalating issues and cooperating with management and senior-level stakeholders
