Senior Data Engineer

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in data engineering
• Strong SQL, Databricks, and data transformation skills
• Experience modernizing legacy data solutions (e.g., SSIS → cloud platforms)
• Understanding of batch, incremental/CDC, and event-driven patterns
• Senior Data Engineer with strong end-to-end experience in analytics platforms, data products, and modern data architectures
• Proven ability to bridge business and technology: translate business questions and BUC hypotheses into concrete technical designs
• Demonstrated ambition and capability to grow into a Data/Analytics Architect role

Architecture & Design:

• Conceptual, logical, and physical data architecture
• Analytics/data-product design mindset
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (e.g., Azure, Databricks-based platforms)

Data Engineering:

• Co-drive the solution design together with the Business Analyst, from business needs to technical architecture.
• Define target architecture and design options aligned with UDP principles (cloud-native, scalable, secure).
• Design logical and physical data models, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Assess feasibility, complexity, risks, and dependencies early, supporting fact-based decisions.
• Create implementation-ready designs that can smoothly transition into the Build it phase.
