Senior Data Interface Consultant

Jit Team is a Polish company employing over 700 experienced experts, creating specialised teams for clients worldwide. They have a long-term partnership with a leading financial group in the Nordic countries, delivering over 60 projects with more than 200 personnel involved. The client is a Norwegian major provider of financial services with a global presence, emphasizing Scandinavian culture, work-life balance, and international teams with daily English language use.

• Experience in information modelling (logical and physical)
• Experience in implementing and scaling API design and management or similar solutions
• Experience in driving change in processes and organisational culture

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with integration patterns
• Familiarity with metadata management
• Familiarity with governance procedures

• Drive the standardisation of technical interface design for data products, including models, schemas, and internal design
• Support the scaling of data product development in line with the 2030 strategy and data mesh approach
• Enable the transition from semi-manual data product builds to a more BAU-oriented engineering process
• Ensure that testing, CI/CD, schema evolution, and technical interface design are embedded in the development lifecycle
• Work closely with information modellers to evolve ways of working, including requirements management and stronger engineering involvement
• Collaborate with Architecture, technology, governance, and delivery organisations
