Senior IT Technical Project Manager

Jit Team is a Polish company employing over 700 experienced experts, creating highly specialised teams for clients worldwide. They have a long-term partnership with a leading financial group in the Nordic countries, engaging over 200 personnel in more than 60 projects for this Norwegian financial services provider. The client emphasizes Scandinavian culture, work-life balance, and international teams with English language exposure.

• At least 5+ years of experience in project management
• Hands-on experience with IBM Mainframe (z/OS) environments
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across domains and countries
• Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with technology conversion projects (from one technology to another)
• Knowledge of Broadcom/CA

• Manage and coordinate activities within one or more projects/workstreams
• Own and maintain operational plans for assigned projects/workstreams
• Coordinate required activities with business teams and ensure alignment
• Report progress, deviations, risks and issues to the programme management
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure proper reporting structure
• Identify and raise gaps, risks and dependencies
• Drive collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders
