Shopify Developer (f/m/x)

The eCommerce Competency Center offers efficient B2C and B2B e-commerce solutions, providing services including audits and consulting, development and implementation, as well as support and maintenance of existing systems. We are looking for an experienced Shopify Developer to join our team and build scalable, high-performance e-commerce solutions for international clients.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Shopify Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (including custom apps, Shopify Functions, and checkout extensibility)
• Advanced knowledge of Liquid, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Solid understanding of Shopify APIs (REST / GraphQL), webhooks, and integrations
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4)
• Knowledge of cookie consent management and compliance (GDPR, ADA)
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (min. B2/C1)
• Ability to work effectively in international, distributed teams
• Residing in Poland required

Nice to have:

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue)
• Familiarity with headless commerce architectures

• Design, develop, and optimize Shopify and Shopify Plus stores
• Build and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Implement and maintain tracking setups (GTM, GA4) and dataLayer events
• Manage cookie consent tools (e.g., Cookiebot, OneTrust, Consentmo) in compliance with GDPR and ADA standards
• Integrate third-party systems and services via APIs and webhooks
• Support daily e-commerce operations and troubleshoot technical issues
• Ensure accurate implementation of UX/UI designs based on Figma
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on new features and integrations
• Participate in agile processes, including daily standups and bi-weekly releases
• Contribute to presales initiatives (e.g., technical scoping, solution design, supporting proposals)
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
