Junior Data & Automation Specialist (Part Time) (f/m)

We are looking for a motivated candidate to support our Quality Management and Manufacturing Data Support teams in handling, structuring, and processing data. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience with enterprise systems and modern data workflows. We prefer final-year student who will be able to grow into full-time position in next year.

• Finalyear student in Informatics and econometry, engineering management, IT, or data-related field
• Python programming skills
• Analytical thinking and confidence working with data
• Willingness to learn enterprise tools (SAP, SharePoint, MSTR)

Nice to have:

• Experience with BI tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI)
• Workflow automation experience
• Understanding of data structures or quality processes

• Prepare and maintain datasets for reporting and dashboards (MicroStrategy, React)
• Support data visualization and reporting activities
• Build and maintain automated workflows (Power Automate)
• Work with SAP OData to extract and structure quality-related data
• Maintain SharePoint pages and data structures
• Develop Python scripts and simple Airflow DAGs for KPI automation
• Support traceability, CoQ, Project Data, and other quality-related data processes
