• Strong experience building Canvas Apps with modern controls and AI-assisted features (Copilot, smart form filling).
• Proficiency in Power BI, including natural-language report creation (Copilot), predictive analytics, and integration with Microsoft Fabric.
• Solid understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and integration with Azure services.
• Ability to build AI-native solutions using Copilot-generated logic and components.
• Knowledge of solutions, ALM, governance, and component reuse.
• German language min. B2.

• Develop and enhance Canvas Apps using modern controls and AI-powered features such as Copilot and smart form filling.
• Build and optimize Power BI reports, leveraging natural language queries (Copilot), predictive analytics, and integration with Microsoft Fabric.
• Design and implement solutions based on Dataverse, SharePoint, and integrations with Azure services.
• Create AI-native solutions, utilizing Copilot to generate logic, components, and automations.
• Ensure proper Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), governance standards, and component reusability across the Power Platform.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, AI-enhanced applications and BI solutions.
• Collaborate closely with fusion teams (professional developers and citizen developers) to deliver efficient and innovative solutions.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements in existing solutions.
• Optionally contribute to initiatives involving AI agents, hyper-automation, and Microsoft Fabric data workflows.
