Internship Business Analyst - GMS Tax Technology

The GMS Tax Technology team (GMS - Global Mobility Services) develops and implements advanced web-based workflow management systems, which support a broad range of processes and automations. They focus on creating secure and innovative solutions integrating expert business knowledge and modern native-cloud technologies. The team supports multiple world-wide corporations which appreciate the unmatched level of services delivered.

• University student (3rd–5th year), preferably in information systems, computer science, economics, or related fields
• Availability at least 30 hours a week
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with ability to understand technical documentation
• Attention to quality and detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and organizational mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of any programming language
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Interest in AI solutions and modern technologies

• Supporting the configuration of modern workflow management software using JSON files and GIT repositories
• Assisting with implementation, day-to-day maintenance, and operational support of IT solutions
• Analyzing and resolving client inquiries
• Performing testing and verification of implemented functionalities
• Attending meetings with stakeholders and the development team to gain project exposure
• Supporting senior team members with daily analytical and documentation activities
